Acharya Shri Parveen Nair is a uniquely inspiring teacher, he is best known for his ability to help students and teachers embody the spiritual practice of Yoga. He has refined his methods of teaching in the Advaita Vedanta school of thought. His non-dualistic approach toward Yoga has allowed his students to build an authentic Yoga Practice.

Louis Ramana

Shri Louis Ramana – Embodied Anatomy, Kinesiology, Alignment and Adjustments

An International Teacher Trainer and has been learning Yoga since 2008 under the tutelage of his Guru, Acharya Shri Parveen Nair. Louis also had the opportunity to study directly under the late Guruji BKS Iyengar and his family, the late Geeta Iyengar & Prashant Iyengar in Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, India.

Uttam Ghosh ​

Hatha Yoga, Meditation & Pranayama Teacher

Uttam Ghosh was born in Rishikesh, India. His fascination for yoga developed in childhood when he experienced the ‘bhakti’ form of yoga with his grandfather.

His curiosity for yoga led him to explore and study the mystic invisible life force energy of yoga. It was because of this hunger to search the depth of mystic life forces that Uttam started his spiritual journey which led him to learn and practice Kundalini, Yantra, Mantra & Tantra.

Sourav Bhandari

Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa

Sourav, born in the serene city of Rishikesh, has always had a deep connection with sports. His innate curiosity about the intricate workings of the human body led him to explore the practice of yoga. Fascinated by the yogic perspective on the human body, he pursued a master’s degree in Yogic Science and had the privilege of learning from various revered masters in Rishikesh.

Ritesh Bhatt

Yoga Anatomy & Adjustment Alignment

Ritesh Bhatt is a Yoga Teacher from the lap of mountains born in Rishikesh , Uttarakhand (also known as the world capital of yoga). His journey in yoga started with Sivananda Saraswati ashram in Rishikesh. Later he got trained under the tutelage of his guru, Acharya Shri Parveen Nair.

Naman

Mantra Sadhana

Meet Naman, who belongs to a traditional Indian family whose father is a priest and also well respected preacher in Hindu mythology. Naman was inclined to music since childhood. to take this further he started his journey of music under the guidance of highly qualified guru Shri R.R Singh. The guru ji excelled in his journey of music even after being blind by birth and was professor at one of the best universities called Banaras Hindu University.
