RasAnubhava - An Embodied Yoga Summit for Embodied Yoga Teachers
1st - 8th April 2026

A Personal Invitation by Parveen Nair
As the Embodied Yoga family continues to flourish, I am delighted to nurture its spirit and cultivate the skills that will support its growth. With a lifelong passion for spirituality, dance, and music, I have been blessed with an environment that nurtured these interests from an early age.
Embodied Yoga has been a seed planted deep within me, and today I see it growing into a tree that offers shade and solace to those seeking a subtle, soft, and spiritual journey. This practice begins with the body, yet extends far beyond it—and I am humbled to share the gems that have shaped my own path.
The RasAnubhava Summit is dedicated to supporting and nourishing our community through embodied living and classroom learning, guided by the wisdom of Advaita (Non-dualism). Together, we will explore new ways of connecting to the human experience through movement, breath, reflection, and dialogue. Let us gather as a small, spiritual, and artistic family to uplift and inspire one another.
