Introduction Course to Embodied Movement

This Online programme- Introductory Level is a pre-recorded class in March 2020 during the Pandemic Lockdown. These classes are based on gentle and dynamic movements in relation with the natural range of the body to create space, mobility and stability from exploring the multi -dimensional possibilities inherent in the body in a joyful manner. To encourage a mindful and progressive practice, you are encouraged to continue with the other courses with Parveen Nair ( Dynamic plays in Enbodied Movement and Embodied Play Lila)

In the Embodied Movements for Yoga Practices, Louis takes you to explore the body as a whole system that can be developed to a higher order of functions and complexity. There are other ways of studying movements development, for example, looking at the development of the complexity in motor control, or looking at the development of strength and speed. When the system adapts, it increases the function of the system and functionality in other circumstances.
