50-Hour Embodied Yoga Training in Rishikesh
30th Oct - 6th Nov 2026
An Invitation to Explore This Practice
This immersion is an invitation to explore yoga through direct experience.
Over the years, my work has moved towards a quieter understanding of the body one that is not driven by achieving form, but by listening, sensing, and allowing movement to arise naturally.
Embodied Yoga is not something to be added. It is something to be recognised. The body already holds an intelligence that knows how to move, adapt, and respond. Through this practice, we begin to reconnect with that intelligence in a simple and direct way.
This 50-hour immersion is a space to step away from fixed methods and spend time with movement, breath, and awareness as a single experience. The intention is not to teach something new, but to create the conditions where understanding can unfold on its own.
If you feel drawn to explore practice in this way, you are welcome to join.
The Nature of This Practice
This immersion is not built around fixed methods or perfecting form. It is a space where movement is explored through awareness, and understanding grows through direct experience.
The approach is simple and quiet. There is less instruction, and more space to observe, feel, and respond. Attention gradually shifts from how movement looks, to how it is experienced from within.
As you spend time with the practice, subtle patterns begin to reveal themselves. Habits of effort, control, and holding become more visible. Without trying to change them, there is space to notice, soften, and allow something more natural to emerge.
Rather than adding something new, the practice invites you to return to what is already present in the body. Over time, this creates a shift. Practice becomes less about doing, and more about listening.
In this way, the body is no longer something to control, but something to understand.
What Begins to Shift in This Practice
From Doing to Sensing
The focus gradually moves away from achieving shapes or outcomes.
Attention begins to rest on sensation, breath, and subtle movement.
In this shift, practice becomes less about effort, and more about awareness.
Listening to the Body
The body is no longer something to control or correct.
It becomes something to listen to.
Through this, natural patterns, rhythms, and responses begin to reveal themselves.
A More Personal Practice
There is no single way to move or experience the practice.
Each participant begins to find their own rhythm, their own way of understanding.
What develops is not a method, but a relationship with practice.

50-Hour Embodied Yoga Course Curriculum
Embodied Movement Practice
Movement is explored through simple templates such as circular and spiral patterns. The focus is not on achieving a posture, but on experiencing movement through breath, sensation, and attention. As the practice unfolds, it becomes a way to notice patterns in the body and allow a more natural way of moving to emerge.
Breath Awareness and Pranayama
Breath is approached as a bridge between body and mind. Instead of controlling the breath, the practice begins with observing how it moves through different areas of the body. This gradually leads into deeper pranayama practices that support balance and awareness.
Meditation and Inner Observation
Meditation is not treated as a separate technique, but as a continuation of awareness developed through movement and breath. It supports a quieter state of observation, where attention becomes steady and more present.
Yoga Philosophy
The teachings of yoga are explored through the Yoga Sutras and traditional understanding. Rather than being studied as theory, they are approached through reflection, discussion, and direct observation in practice.
Experiential Anatomy
Anatomy is understood through movement and experience, not just structure. The body is explored as a living system, helping you understand how it supports, adapts, and moves in different ways.
Exploration and Improvisation
There is space to move without fixed patterns, allowing the body to respond more freely. This supports listening, creativity, and a deeper connection with how movement naturally arises.
