As a dancer and an educator in movement and Yoga. My curiosity about the human body and its function led me to develop my own method in yoga practice called the Embodied Movement or known as Meditative Vinyasa. After 2 decades of studying and researching, I had put together very well thought-out methods that fitted well-established paradigm, I finally came to a new relisation.

The movement I practice goes hand in hand with the principles and explanatory models presented in this course, which perhaps is quite obvious, I started to try and shape the principles into words and sentences that will help you understand and explore the principles behind human movements.

In this course, it contains 4 separate Lessons on Embodied Movement templates designed by Parveen Nair to guide you step by step in exploring the human movements. Each Template is about 30 minutes.

This includes unlimited access to the classes that will enable tou to revisit at anytime.
